Dude! I JUST LIVED THIS!! I've already sold my car, but lost the title. I assured my buyers that I overnighted my duplicate title request to Idaho with a $40 rush delivery fee, so we could expect it back in 2-3 business days.

6 days later I called the Idaho DMV. They told me it was on someone's desk, and that it would be snail-mailed back.

I was like, "wait! I thought the extra dough I paid covered an overnight shipping. I overnighted to you guys for like $10. Surely, you could at least 2-3 day it for $5ish and still pocket like $15 for doing something you were already going to do anyways. But nope, turns out it costs an extra 26 dollars above the regular titling fee, for your application to sit on some dude's desk for 4 days before he even looks at it.

I mean they service SouthEastern Idaho! Are they that backed up?!! I suppose if you don't pay the extra fee they urinate on your application, then bury it in a time capsule for five years.

Yeah, wait until you are a senior citizen. I get mail about once every 2 months from the Veteran's Administration saying they are "still processing" my mom's application for veteran's benefits. My bro sent in the application in JANUARY! What, are they only able to read 1 word per day or what. It takes more time to send out mail every couple of months than it would to read/process the application. Good grief, by the time they actually process her application, she will be dead. No joke. (Sad.) Maybe that's the idea... :( ~s

There are few things that combine with Idaho in a diagram that Do Not result in the innermost circle of Hell. I think it's thunderstorms and snow-cones; that's about it.
